  • Delivery is instant upon successful payment. You will receive your download link or access instructions directly to the email address provided at checkout.

  • If you experience any issues with receiving your digital product, please contact us at zaherneket@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you promptly.

Physical Products (Future Expansion)

As I.Quality Online grows, we plan to introduce physical products such as printed guides and merchandise. When available:

  • Orders will be processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.

  • Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping option at checkout.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once their order has been shipped.

  • We will not be responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
